Mein Mann hat sich so riesig gefreut, wie selten über ein Kleidungsstück und diesen superweichen und warmen Pullover sofort angezogen. Normalerweise trägt er L, und so hab ich auch L bestellt - passt perfekt und sieht sehr gut aus. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Qualität (in der wieder so schönen Schachtel)!

So richtig begeistert bin ich nicht von dem Pulli. Zwar sind Farbe und Form hübsch, das Material angenehm weich, aber der Pulli fällt 1-2 Größen kleiner aus als nach deutschem Maßstab normal ist und auch als er nach den auf der Webseite angegegenen Maßen sein müsste. Er muss nach jedem zweiten Tragen mit einem Pilling-Rasierer behandelt werden. Ich hatte vor vielen Jahren schon einmal bei Maison Cashmere bestellt. Die Größe fiel damals normal aus und ich habe an den Sachen bis heute kein Pilling. Ich bin etwas enttäuscht über die Verschlechterung der Qualität.

I bought this sweater 6 months ago. Liked the quality but it didn’t fit. I returned it because it didn’t fit. I used the label you sent me and shipped it out to you. I waited several weeks for my refund but never received it. I contacted customer service and they said they don’t have it and told me I had to do an investigation. After I initiated an investigation nobody knows where the package is. Customer service refused to assist in helping sort this out. Told me they couldn’t help me. Now I’m out $225 and I don’t even have the sweater. Very disappointed and will not buy any more from you.
