How does it work?
1. Login or Register
To be part of the program, you must have a MaisonCashmere account. If you already have one, sign in to view your tier; otherwise, sign up to start earning points.
2. Collect points
Each purchase earns you points and helps you move up through the tiers. Your tier is based on your annual spend: if you meet the required threshold, you maintain or upgrade your level; otherwise, it will be adjusted accordingly at the end of the period. The value of your purchases is converted into points: 1 € = 1 point.
3. Enjoy your rewards!
Your tier is always visible in your account, and all eligible rewards are applied automatically.

What is MaisonRewards?
The MaisonRewards program is the loyalty program of MaisonCashmere. It is free and includes discounts, benefits and promotions reserved for customers.
When my level will be updated on the base of the amount of my points?
Your tier and rewards are updated from January 1st each year, based on the points earned in the previous year.
If I return an item, will I lose my points?
Yes, the points will be removed when the return will be approved.
Where can I check my points balance?
You can always check your balance in your personal area on maisoncashmere.com.
How can I reach levels?
At the start of the new calendar year you will be assigned to a new level, which is calculated on the base of the points that you have collected during the previous year.
