Policy
- Every piece you wish to return must be registered via the button above.
- Once a return request is opened, you will have 30 days to send the items back or arrange a collection.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn or damaged items cannot be accepted.
- Personalized items are not eligible for standard returns.
- Please ensure your return parcel is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving your return, to the same card or account used for your purchase.
- Returns requested for MaisonCashmere store credit cannot be converted to cash.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Return processing may take longer during peak periods.
