Do you offer gift-wrapping or note cards?
Yes. Gift boxes with MaisonCashmere branding are available at an additional cost, and complimentary branded gift notes can be included with each order. Custom requests, such as specific ribbon options, may be accommodated based on availability. Unbranded packaging is not available at this time.
Do you offer drop-shipping to individuals?
Yes, we can drop-ship to employees, clients, or multiple offices.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide and can manage delivery through our trusted carriers, or work with your preferred carrier and customs broker upon request.
Can products be customized in size and color?
Yes. Products can be adapted in both size and color to meet specific requirements, for example, larger dimensions or alternative shades. Custom colors can be selected from the existing palette, while special requests are evaluated based on feasibility and minimum order quantities.
Can you develop fully custom styles?
Yes, subject to feasibility. New styles can be developed upon request through a dedicated prototyping phase, with a one-time development cost to create and refine the initial sample. Lead times are longer compared to standard production and are defined based on the complexity of the design.
What is your return policy?
Customized items are non-returnable. For standard items purchased in bulk, returns may be accepted for up to 10% of the total order quantity.
What are your payment terms?
Customized orders, including any items with bespoke sizes, colors, embroidery, or labels, require full payment in advance before production begins. For bulk orders of standard items, alternative payment structures are available upon agreement. In all cases, orders must be fully paid before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed on request.
Are all styles available on request?
Yes. All styles can be produced on demand, offering full flexibility across quantities and specifications. Production timelines remain efficient and are defined based on your requirements, with solutions proposed to meet the expected turnaround without unnecessary delays.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 10 pieces per style. Quantities can be freely distributed across different colors and sizes within the same style. Pricing is tiered and based on the total quantity per style.
What is the average turnaround time?
Turnaround times depend on quantities and level of customization. Each quote includes a clearly defined lead time based on the scope of the order. Expedited options may be available, and every effort is made to meet your delivery requirements reliably and on schedule.
Do you provide design support for custom projects?
Yes. Upon request, mock-ups can be provided to visualize specific customizations, along with support for private label development and logo placement.
Can we apply our own branding to the products?
Yes. Items can be produced with or without MaisonCashmere branding at no additional cost. Custom labels featuring your logo, or co-branded solutions, can also be developed upon request.
