The cashmere we use comes from goats that are hand-combed during their natural moulting season, without causing stress or harm. A fully traceable supply chain that respects both animals and local communities.

Is it possible to request a return even if you produce on demand?

Absolutely. Although each garment is made to order, returns are easy and fully manageable independently. You can receive a shipping label, choose a new size or colour, or request a refund. The right of return does not apply to customised orders.

Yes, you can exchange the size or colour directly when requesting a return. If you wish to switch to a different model, we recommend opting for a store credit refund within your account, which you can then use immediately to place a new order.

A highly prized yarn, thanks to its 2/60 count, suitable for creating ultra-fine knits (18 gauge), and the exquisite blend of cashmere and silk, which adds warmth, shine, and lightness. Additionally, the combing process it undergoes makes this yarn smooth, uniform, and “spotless”. Breathable and durable over time.

Care Tips

Hand Washing

Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) with a gentle detergent. Massage delicately, rinse without wringing, and pat dry with a towel.

Machine Washing

Only if necessary, use a pillowcase or laundry bag. Select delicate cycle with cold water, short spin. No fabric softener.

Drying

Lay flat on a towel, away from sunlight or heat. Turn occasionally for even drying. Do not tumble dry.

Ironing

Prefer steaming. If ironing, use low heat (max 110°C), inside out, with a protective cloth. Never touch fibers directly.

Storage

Fold (do not hang) and store with cedar balls to protect from moths.
