Each garment is made to order: production takes on average 3-7 working days, depending on the style, plus shipping time. Yes, you can exchange the size or colour directly when requesting a return. If you wish to switch to a different model, we recommend opting for a store credit refund within your account, which you can then use immediately to place a new order.

A dense weave with a weight of 230 grams per square meter makes this 100% cashmere fabric incredibly soft. The brushing process it undergoes enhances its texture, giving it a plush, velvety feel.

Care Tips

Hand Washing

Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) with a gentle detergent. Massage delicately, rinse without wringing, and pat dry with a towel.

Machine Washing

Only if necessary, use a pillowcase or laundry bag. Select delicate cycle with cold water, short spin. No fabric softener.

Drying

Lay flat on a towel, away from sunlight or heat. Turn occasionally for even drying. Do not tumble dry.

Ironing

Prefer steaming. If ironing, use low heat (max 110°C), inside out, with a protective cloth. Never touch fibers directly.

Storage

Fold (do not hang) and store with cedar balls to protect from moths.

Slippers get worn after no time, horrible Service

I used to be a fan of this shop, but unfortunately the experience with these slippers changed my view completely. They were a Christmas present for my husband, and he is only home on the weekends, so not wearing them very often. After 2 months of weekend-wearing, the slippers began to look threadbare on the soles, and after 3 months they got holes. MaisonCashmere's Customer Service denied all fault and refused any kind of accomodation, what a horrible attitude! For this price I expected a better quality, this is not sustainable at all.

Anormalement fragile

Confortable, beaux mais anormalement fragiles. Comme le commentaire d'avant, en moins d'un mois ils se sont abîmés sévèrement au niveau des talons. Le service client considère que ça ne peut être qu'un défaut d'utilisation de la part du client. Ça en dit long... Visiblement, ces chaussons ne peuvent pas être utilisés par le commun des mortels. Il faut sûrement vivre dans une salle blanche pour être dans les conditions normales d'utilisation. Jamais eu de problème avec des vêtements en cachemire d'autres marques. Un produit à éviter donc.
