We work exclusively with suppliers who adhere to ethical standards and certify animal welfare, including No Mulesing guarantees and SFA (Sustainable Fibre Alliance) certification. The cashmere we use comes from goats that are hand-combed during their natural moulting season, without causing stress or harm. A fully traceable supply chain that respects both animals and local communities.

Is it possible to request a return even if you produce on demand?

Absolutely. Although each garment is made to order, returns are easy and fully manageable independently. You can receive a shipping label, choose a new size or color, or request a refund. The right of return does not apply to custom orders.

Yes, you can exchange the size or colour directly when requesting a return. If you wish to switch to a different model, we recommend opting for a store credit refund within your account, which you can then use immediately to place a new order.

This composition combines the enveloping softness of cashmere with the natural sheen and lightness of silk, resulting in a noble fabric that is silky to the touch and pleasantly fresh. Cashmere provides thermal comfort and a soft hand, while silk adds brightness, lightness, and a refreshing feel against the skin.

Care Tips

Hand Washing

Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) with a gentle detergent. Massage delicately, rinse without wringing, and pat dry with a towel.

Machine Washing

Only if necessary, use a pillowcase or laundry bag. Select delicate cycle with cold water, short spin. No fabric softener.

Drying

Lay flat on a towel, away from sunlight or heat. Turn occasionally for even drying. Do not tumble dry.

Ironing

Prefer steaming. If ironing, use low heat (max 110°C), inside out, with a protective cloth. Never touch fibers directly.

Storage

Fold (do not hang) and store with cedar balls to protect from moths.

Gorgeous as usual, I love the MaisonCashmere quality! Pay no attention to people suggesting that this is some sort of a scam company - I was doubtful also at first, yes sometimes there is a longer delivery [I waited, mmm, maybe 2 weeks for my first order to be despatched, and was panicking!] but it is CUSTOM, and can sometimes take longer! Plan ahead, it is not for you if you expect the item on your doorstep 3 days later, but if you are stocking up on beautiful cashmere items and have a couple of weeks before you want to wear whatever it is, I cannot recommend highly enough - lovely quality and beautifully packaged, such care and pride taken :)

This Pashmina is so very versatile as a seasonal wrap or scarf. The orange was true to photos and the herringbone knit design is absolutely stunning. Definitely an item to purchase in many colours.
