We use only Grade A cashmere, sourced from long and fine fibres to ensure softness, durability and long-lasting quality. All our Italian yarn suppliers are certified according to high quality, ethical and environmental standards.
Is your cashmere recycled?
No, we use only virgin cashmere, made from new and intact fibres. Unlike recycled cashmere, it ensures superior softness, greater durability and better thermal properties. A quality choice designed to last.
Is the cashmere you use suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Yes, pure cashmere with its fine, soft structure is hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemical treatments, making it ideal even for the most sensitive skin. For higher sensitivity, we recommend choosing light or natural colours, which require minimal use of dyes.
Do you have a detailed size chart?
Yes, each product includes a detailed size guide with specific measurements of the model, the garment, and fit suggestions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each garment is made to order: production takes on average 3-7 working days, depending on the style, plus shipping time. In case of delays, you will receive an email with a link to track the progress of production, view the updated delivery estimate and – if you prefer – request the shipment of any items already completed.
Can I request custom modifications (e.g. length, color)?
Yes, we do offer this service. You can request certain modifications, such as colour, body or sleeve length, or extended sizing up to 6XL. We invite you to contact our Customer Service to assess feasibility and production times together.

It’s a conscious choice: we produce each piece only after it’s ordered to reduce waste, ensure artisanal quality and offer transparent pricing. A short wait that allows for a sustainable model, far from the logic of fast fashion.

Our garments do not fade or lose their shape if cared for properly. We use only high-quality yarns, dyed before knitting, to ensure lasting colour and structural stability. Following the care instructions is essential to preserve the garment’s qualities over time.

How do you ensure the welfare of the animals from which your raw materials are sourced?
We work exclusively with suppliers who adhere to ethical standards and certify animal welfare, including No Mulesing guarantees and SFA (Sustainable Fibre Alliance) certification. The cashmere we use comes from goats that are hand-combed during their natural moulting season, without causing stress or harm. A fully traceable supply chain that respects both animals and local communities.
Is it possible to request a return even if you produce on demand?
Absolutely. Although each garment is made to order, returns are easy and fully manageable independently. You can receive a shipping label, choose a new size or color, or request a refund. The right of return does not apply to custom orders.
Can I exchange a product for a different model or size?
Yes, you can exchange the size or colour directly when requesting a return. If you wish to switch to a different model, we recommend opting for a store credit refund within your account, which you can then use immediately to place a new order.
Are your colors true to the photos or can it vary?
We do our best to represent colors accurately in photos, using natural light and professional monitors. However, slight variations in shade may occur depending on the device used.
Can I receive a yarn or color sample?
Yes, it is possible to request yarn or colour samples. Simply inform Customer Service, and we will gladly include them with your order.
